Giant Texas Distillers (also known as Buffalo Bayou Distilleries dba Gulf Coast Distillers) is the largest capacity distiller west of the Mississippi, located near the Port of Houston. Produces award-winning spirits including Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, and Rum. Has high-capacity Vendome column stills producing a barrel of whiskey every 5 minutes, plus five Potstills. Over 1MM sq ft of warehousing. Five bottling lines handling 50ml to 1.75L bottles. Two brewery locations for canning beer, malt beverages, and spirit-based RTDs.
