Terms of Use

Welcome to Beltli. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Beltli’s website, directory, profiles, forms, tools, subscriptions, sponsored listings, communications, and related services, collectively, the “Services.”

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Beltli LLC, doing business as Beltli, “Beltli,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, claiming a profile, submitting information, contacting a manufacturer, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Beltli, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. About Beltli

Beltli is an online directory and discovery platform designed to help consumer packaged goods companies, brands, and other users find, evaluate, and contact manufacturing partners, including co-packers, contract manufacturers, contract packagers, and related service providers.

Beltli may provide manufacturer profiles, facility information, product categories, capabilities, certifications, minimum order quantities, packaging formats, services, reviews, ratings, booking options, sponsored listings, marketing products, profile analytics, and related tools.

Beltli may also help manufacturers create, claim, verify, update, promote, and manage public profiles.

Beltli is a directory and information platform. Beltli does not manufacture products, provide manufacturing services, act as a broker, guarantee production outcomes, guarantee facility availability, or become a party to any agreement between a CPG company and a manufacturer.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, facility, manufacturer, brand, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization and bind it to these Terms.

You may not claim, manage, edit, or purchase services for a manufacturer profile unless you are authorized to do so.

3. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Beltli may review, verify, organize, or display information about manufacturers, but Beltli does not guarantee that any manufacturer is suitable for any specific user, product, project, production run, or business need.

Beltli does not endorse, recommend, certify, guarantee, or warrant any manufacturer, CPG company, facility, certification, claim, review, price, timeline, capacity, service, lead, inquiry, or business relationship.

Any decision to contact, hire, contract with, pay, or work with a manufacturer is solely your responsibility. You should conduct your own diligence before entering into any business relationship, including reviewing certifications, licenses, insurance, references, capabilities, food safety practices, production requirements, legal agreements, pricing, timelines, and other relevant factors.

4. Manufacturer Profiles

Manufacturers may claim, create, or update a Beltli profile. A profile may include facility name, address, website, product categories, capabilities, certifications, packaging formats, minimum order quantities, capacity, services, photos, team information, customer fit criteria, contact information, booking preferences, reviews, ratings, and other business details.

Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring that their profile information is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. By submitting information to Beltli, you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide that information and that it is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Beltli may assist in creating, editing, formatting, verifying, strengthening, or updating manufacturer profiles. Beltli may use information provided by manufacturers, users, public sources, third-party sources, or our own research to create or improve profiles.

Beltli may decide what information to publish, withhold, edit, suppress, or remove. Beltli reserves the right to remove, modify, suspend, or decline any profile or profile content at any time, including if we believe the content is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, duplicative, low quality, or inconsistent with Beltli’s standards.

5. Public Profile Information

Information submitted for a public manufacturer profile may be displayed publicly on Beltli and may be visible to CPG companies, other users, search engines, AI search tools, and the general public.

Public profile information may include facility name, location, website, categories, capabilities, certifications, services, packaging formats, minimum order quantities, photos, descriptions, reviews, ratings, contact options, booking links, and other information intended to help CPG companies evaluate the facility.

Do not submit information for public display if you do not want it to be publicly available.

6. Non-Public Facility Information

Some information you provide to Beltli may be used internally to operate, verify, improve, or personalize the Services and may not be displayed publicly unless you choose to publish it or we notify you otherwise.

Non-public information may include onboarding responses, billing information, internal fit preferences, capacity preferences, account settings, private communications, analytics, internal notes, and other information not intended for public display.

Beltli may use non-public information to provide the Services, verify profiles, route inquiries, recommend products, improve profile quality, provide support, prevent misuse, analyze performance, and improve Beltli.

7. Reviews, Ratings, and User Content

Users may be able to submit reviews, ratings, feedback, comments, messages, photos, logos, forms, inquiries, or other content through the Services, collectively, “User Content.”

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. You agree that your User Content will be truthful, lawful, relevant, and based on your real experience where applicable. You may not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, confidential, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Beltli may moderate, review, verify, edit for formatting, reject, remove, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion. Beltli is not obligated to monitor all User Content and does not guarantee that all User Content is accurate, complete, or current.

Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of the users who submit them. They do not necessarily reflect Beltli’s opinions and are not guarantees of future performance.

8. Communications Through Beltli

Beltli may allow CPG companies to contact manufacturers through forms, email links, booking tools, phone links, calendar tools, or other communication features.

If you submit a contact request, inquiry, booking request, or other communication through Beltli, we may share the information you provide with the manufacturer or service provider you choose to contact.

Beltli does not guarantee that any manufacturer will respond, accept a project, have availability, or be a fit for your needs. Manufacturers are responsible for responding to inquiries and managing their own customer relationships.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or regulated information unless you are comfortable sharing it with the intended recipient.

9. Accounts and Security

Certain features may require an account, login, or profile claim. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify Beltli promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Beltli may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or require additional verification if we believe an account is inaccurate, unauthorized, fraudulent, inactive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.

10. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain manufacturer features, including claimed profiles, verified listings, sponsored listings, marketing tools, calendar sync, booking tools, lead routing, analytics, and other products, may require a paid subscription or paid plan.

By signing up for a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, trial period, renewal terms, and other plan details shown at checkout, in your account, or otherwise presented to you. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

Beltli may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize Beltli and its payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges.

If your plan includes a free trial, you may be required to provide a payment method before the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method may be charged when the trial period expires.

You may cancel according to the cancellation process described in your account or by contacting us at info@beltli.com. Cancellation will stop future billing, but we do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Beltli may change pricing, plans, features, or billing terms from time to time. If required, we will provide notice of material pricing or subscription changes.

11. Sponsored Listings and Marketing Products

Beltli may offer sponsored listings, paid placements, enhanced visibility, marketing products, profile promotion, category promotion, content support, or other advertising products.

Sponsored or promoted placements may affect how or where a profile appears on Beltli. Sponsored placement does not mean Beltli endorses, guarantees, or recommends the manufacturer.

Beltli may label sponsored or promoted placements where required by law or platform policy.

Beltli may use profile information, logos, images, public business details, reviews, and approved materials to promote manufacturer profiles, sponsored listings, and Beltli services, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

12. Platform Data and Analytics

Beltli may collect and use data about how users interact with the Services, including searches, profile views, clicks, contact requests, booking activity, review activity, category demand, profile performance, and similar analytics.

Beltli may use this data to operate, improve, personalize, rank, recommend, analyze, and market the Services, including to help manufacturers understand how CPG companies interact with their profiles.

Beltli may create aggregated, de-identified, or statistical data from use of the Services. Beltli may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful business purpose.

13. AI and Automated Tools

Beltli may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, or similar tools to support the Services, including search, matching, categorization, profile creation, profile improvement, review moderation, recommendations, analytics, marketing, and customer support.

AI or automated tools may help generate, organize, summarize, recommend, or display information, but users remain responsible for reviewing information for accuracy. Beltli does not guarantee that AI-generated or automated outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Beltli may use reasonable safeguards when using AI or automated tools. We do not use payment information to train AI models.

14. Confidentiality

Public profile information and other content submitted for publication are not confidential.

If you share non-public business information with Beltli, Beltli will use it to provide, operate, verify, improve, and support the Services, and as otherwise described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may receive non-public information through Beltli, including inquiries, project details, account information, or other communications. You agree to use that information only for the purpose for which it was provided and not to misuse, disclose, or exploit it in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or another party’s rights.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Submit false, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Claim, manage, or edit a profile without proper authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or systematically extract data from Beltli without our written permission.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, security systems, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of any part of the Services.
• Use Beltli content, profiles, search results, ratings, reviews, tags, or data to create or enhance a competing directory, database, lead list, marketplace, or similar product.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful materials.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
• Post defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Beltli may investigate suspected violations and take any action we believe is appropriate, including removing content, suspending accounts, terminating access, or cooperating with law enforcement.

16. Intellectual Property

The Services, including Beltli’s name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, database structure, profile format, search tools, ratings, tags, categories, Trust Rating, metadata, analytics, ranking logic, and other content created by Beltli, are owned by Beltli or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by Beltli.

Subject to these Terms, Beltli grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

17. License to Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Beltli, subject to the license below.

By submitting content to Beltli, including profile information, reviews, photos, logos, descriptions, certifications, contact details, and other materials, you grant Beltli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting, publish, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting Beltli and the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your submitted content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

18. Copyright Complaints

Beltli respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Beltli infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@beltli.com with:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• A description or URL of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites, tools, processors, calendars, booking platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, or other services.

Beltli does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Beltli disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Beltli does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or free of harmful components.

Beltli does not guarantee any leads, customers, revenue, profile views, search ranking, booking volume, review volume, sponsored listing performance, manufacturing outcome, production result, or business result.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beltli and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, production losses, or manufacturing losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beltli’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Beltli in the one month before the claim arose or $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beltli and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your submitted content.
• Your profile, products, services, manufacturing work, or customer relationships.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Any dispute between you and another user, manufacturer, CPG company, customer, or third party.

23. Termination

Beltli may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Beltli or others, provided inaccurate information, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the Services in a way that is inappropriate or harmful.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you must cancel according to the applicable cancellation process to stop future billing.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, submitted content licenses, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York City, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
