We have formulated and distributed dietary supplements since 2010, but did not discover MBI until 2 years ago. Since then we have been much happier with our products, delivery times, and level of service than we have been with any other company in the past. Jeff Jensen has been a great partner, and has helped us formulate and launch several winning products, and also has helped us avoid some bad decisions with his insight. MBI has done more than just formulate for us, they also are very knowledgeable about the industry and have provided invaluable insight and ideas for improvement in all our products. Although we have used several contract manufacturers in the past, we have now committed all our new business to MBI, and recommend them to anybody who asks us who to use for contract manufacturing. I cannot recommend them more highly.

First off, I just want to say thank you for the outstanding service, at what can only be described as a critical time in the life of my business. At the time, I had two products being produced by two different manufacturers and simultaneously both manufactures ran into what I will call (leadership issues). Suddenly I found myself, looking for two new manufactures one to fill our capsules and one to produce a topical cream, low and behold I find Tim Hewlett at MBI and he tells me they can do both. Nearly 10 years later, I’m still a client. As co-founder of and lead product developer for the Healthy Back Institute, I can honestly say, there are two specific reasons I’m still a client… Is the team at MBI from Management to Production they are hard to beat… Is the personal support I have been given since the start… Even as I sit here right now, I have submitted my comments and assessment on the 6 variation of a new product we are creating together, it is that type of commitment and dedication that has keep me comfortable for so long in what can be an unbearable industry.
