One of my business decisions. Their team is fast, accurate, and honest - and perhaps more importantly, a joy to interact with. I also love knowing my business helps them help others in the Poughkeepsie community.

We are extremely fortunate to have found MidHudson Works who provide warehousing and fulfillment services for our pet product line. We sell primarily wholesale to retailers, so it was quite difficult to find a fulfillment partner capable of handling large, and often complicated, orders in a cost-effective way. They are fast, accurate and flexible in their approach to a small business which is not suited to a cookie cutter approach. Being able to trust our fulfillment to them, we have been able to focus on the areas of our business that have allowed us to grow.

To say that Mid Hudson works has been a “good” partner in our effort to serve veterans is an understatement to say the least! Mid Hudson Works has literally lived up to their mission in a big way. Having worked with Mid Hudson Works over the past ten years as a case manager and later as a veteran services manager, I have first hand knowledge of just how focused and dedicated Mid Hudson Works is regarding our veteran population. The partnership goes far back , even before the relatively recent veteran initiative.Unlike many other initiatives that merely pay lip service to the needs of veterans, Mid Hudson Works has taken on the formidable challenge of focusing on veterans with disabilities (both physical and mental), giving them a pathway to success and self sustainability. They have been tolerant, open minded and above all understanding, when it comes to helping out our veterans, many of whom have gone on to greater things on both a personal level as well as a vocational level. By living up to their mission, Mid Hudson Works has helped countless veterans move on to greater things, unencumbered by the stigma of physical or psychological maladies that often keep veterans on an endless treadmill of despair. Hudson River Housing is both thankful and proud to have such a veteran centric and community minded organization as a partner in our veteran initiative. And we look forward to a continued and even more fruitful relationship going forward.

Naked Earth has partnered with The Mid-Hudson Workshop for over twenty years and I can honestly say that they have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They are more than reliable with deadlines, very reasonable with pricing and, above all, honest beyond reproach.

Night Space has partnered with Mid Hudson Works for many years now. They’ve helped us grow as a small business. The shipping team works hard and is very reliable and attentive. They make sure our orders are accurate and ship in a timely manner, even during the stressful times. Mid Hudson has proved to be a great partnership for us.

We teamed up with Mid-Hudson Works to do our fulfillment from the very first day that M+A NYC started shipping to customers. Over five years later I can still say that they do a great job at making sure our orders go out well packed and on time. They are a pure pleasure to work with!

I have been working with MHW for the past 6 months and the team has been knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and professional every step of the way. From onboarding through ramping up, my business has been in good hands. Fantastic all around. I couldn't be happier with my decision to partner with MHW.

Finding a logistics partner who not only understands but also genuinely supports our vision and growth is crucial. From day one, their team has demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and commitment to excellence. Their picking and packing services are flawless, ensuring that our products are handled with care and shipped promptly, reducing our delivery times significantly. Their team is proactive, always ready to go the extra mile to solve any issue, and their communication is clear and timely. However, what sets Mid Hudson apart, and the main reasons why we chose them as our 3PL fulfillment provider is their mission-driven approach. Their social mission aligns perfectly with our company values. Choosing Mid Hudson has been one of the best decisions for our business. We look forward to continuing our long and successful partnership.
