The 60,000 sq ft facility uses steam-jacketed kettles, spiral freezers, nitrogen tunnels, and high-speed sandwich lines; packaging includes flexible pouches (2–8 lbs) and PET/CPET/aluminum trays (10 oz–5 lbs) with modified atmosphere packaging. An in-house R&D team with a Certified Research Chef supports product development from concept through pilot and commercialization. DOT Foods is a distribution partner.
